Miami-based Nopetro is opening its first CNG station in Tallahassee, tomorrow morning, September 25. “This will mark the first link in a chain leading to the first viable network of compressed natural gas fueling stations on the East Coast of the United States,” the company says.

Hino Trucks, which last year saw the U.S. debut of its new cabover trucks including the hybrid electric 195h COE delayed behind a strong Japanese yen, has advised that the vehicles will be arriving at qualified Hino dealerships across the country this autumn. The 19,500 GVW trucks feature 210 horsepower and 440 foot-pounds of torque from Hino’s 5-liter J05E Series engine.
