NTEA and Calstart Get Ready for Indianapolis in March
The National Truck Equipment Association and Calstart are getting ready for a double-barreled gathering that’s fast becoming something of an institution in Indianapolis: the sprawling Work Truck Show and preceding Green Truck Summit, being held March 5-8 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
The Green Truck Summit, to be held March 5-6, will include plenary sessions plus two dozen breakouts “covering all aspects of green fleet technology and fuels.” Navistar International is a key sponsor.
Last year’s Summit saw a pre-Work Truck Show walk-around by U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu.
NTEA’s Work Truck Show, March 6-8, will feature more than 550 exhibitors on upwards of 500,000 square feet of exhibit space dedicated to vocational trucks and equipment, and more than 60 educational sessions on “top-of-mind” industry issues – plus a green truck ride-and-drive.
OEMs and Upfitters Both
Last year’s Work Truck Show saw introduction of Chrysler’s bi-fuel CNG Ram pickup and of Freightliner Customer Chassis Corp’s dedicated-propane S2G vehicle, as well as other alt fuel offerings by upfitters and OEMs alike – with electric drive vehicles and add-ons to boot.
ShowTimes, a collaborative effort of Fleets & Fuels and CTN Publishing, will help take the news and message of the Green Truck Summit to the larger Work Truck Show audience.
There remains plenty of time to get in touch to advertise your message and to get your news to this critical group.
