Preparation for New AFV Fleet Facilities & Deployment
Organizers of ACT Expo 2016 and NAFTC – West Virginia’s National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium – are hosting a free webinar next week to help industry stakeholders prepare for new alternative fuel vehicle fleet facilities and deployment.
The presentation by NAFTC operations chief William Davis takes place on April 7 at 10:00am Pacific / 1:00pm Eastern time.
The complimentary session will cover the training needs of such internal staff as fleet managers, technicians and fueling crews, and those of such external support stakeholders as first responders, recovery and recycling specialists.
‘What Not to Do’
The pre-ACT Expo webinar will address AFV codes and standards and how they may pertain to stakeholders, and “What to do/not to do when providing AFV training for impacted stakeholders.”
ACT Expo itself takes place May 2-5 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif. It is organized by Fleets & Fuels publisher GNA – Gladstein, Neandross & Associates.
