2013 North American NGV Conference & Expo Website Launched
NGVAmerica is stepping up the promotion of its 2013 North American NGV Conference & Expo, which will be held November 18–21 at the Georgia World Congress in Atlanta.
A new website for the event has been launched, hosted by CVEF, NGVAmerica’s Clean Vehicle Education Foundation affiliate.
“After hosting successful annual summits for NGV industry stakeholders for the past eight years,” the association says, “NGVAmerica is pleased to redirect our program focus outward, toward a wide cross section of prospective fleet operators, the policymakers who set the regulatory playing field, and advocate-allies with whom we collaborate on effective vehicle and station deployment strategies.”
This Is No Profit-Driven Newbie Meeting
“Unlike many NGV programs being offered by profit-driven newcomers with little industry experience or knowledge, NGVAmerica’s 2013 North American NGV Conference & Expo is sure to be the most comprehensive NGV-oriented program of the year, offering the best value for all who attend, including special discounts for NGVAmerica members.”
NGVAmerica is talking up an expanded educational program with more than five hours of plenary sessions and 20-plus breakout sessions, technical tours hosted by Atlanta Gas Light/AGL Resources, and “a comprehensive expo featuring the full gamut of light, medium and heavy duty vehicles, related engines and fuel system components, fuel station equipment components and packagers, retail fuel station developers, engineering/design consultants, contractors, NGV program consultants and others interested in NGV market growth.”
More Sponsors Welcome
There will be “a fabulous” Wednesday evening reception/dinner/entertainment gala at the Georgia World Aquarium, on the evening of Wednesday, November 20, the association says – “the perfect environment for mixing business and pleasure.”
Registrations are discounted for NGVAmerica members, fleets, and for all through August 16.
Current sponsors include Atlanta Gas Light, ANGI Energy Systems, Apache Corp, Chesapeake Energy, Encana, Freightliner, Noble Energy, Pioneer Natural Resources, and Trillium CNG.
More, of course, are welcome.
