Brussels CFC Gathering to Look at ‘Perception and Reality’

Brussels-based Clean Fuels Consulting has set the dates for its sixth Critical Issues workshop related to natural gas vehicles, this one focused on compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas safety.

SeislerCFC-logoThe CNG & LNG Safety: Perception and Reality workshop is slated for October 8-9 at the Hotel Le Chatelain, in Brussels.

“The goal is to leave the workshop with a firm idea of the key safety issues facing the CNG and LNG vehicle industry,” says CFC principal Jeff Seisler. “This includes understanding the current standards and regulatory state-of-play related to CNG and LNG fuel storage systems, vehicle technologies, and fueling options.

‘Existing Gaps’ – and How to Fill Them

“Importantly,” Seisler adds, “the workshop will identify the existing gaps and the immediate pathway to fill the gaps. This will help facilitate further market development and commercialization of natural gas vehicles as clean alternatives to petrol and diesel.”

The CFC workshop will include a small table-top exhibition area.
