Supports Fleets with ‘99% Uptime’ to Boost Customer Productivity
Compressed natural gas supplier VNG.co says it achieved 99% uptime at its fueling outlets in 2015, laying a “solid foundation for growth in 2016 and beyond.”
The company’s strategy is to offer CNG at existing retail gasoline fueling outlets.
During 2015, VNG says, it expanded its operating footprint with multiple stations in Dallas, Houston and Milwaukee. “Markets and locations were selected based on the fueling and productivity needs of fleet customers which serve as a basis for building networks of CNG fueling facilities for light duty vehicles,” states a release.
‘A Familiar Retail Fueling Experience’
VNG’s CNG fueling operations “are co-located within major branded gasoline stations providing drivers with a familiar retail fueling experience with full-service convenience stores and 24/7 fueling.”
“Our 2015 achievements provide us with a platform for growth and continued success in 2016 and beyond,” COO Robert Friedman said in a release. “We seek to meet our customers’ needs to support light duty NGV fleet productivity with optimal locations and build confidence they can fuel when they need it.”
VNG maintains around-the-clock remote equipment monitoring, camera surveillance, and a call center solution, and offers in-the-field technical support.
