All battery-electric vehicle supplier Phoenix Motorcars reports the sale of a Zeus 305 shuttle bus to the City of South Pasadena in California, noting that the vehicle is used in the local the dial-a-ride program for senior citizens.

Phoenix Motorcars all-electric Zeus 305 serves senior citizens in the City of South Pasadena.

“On a daily basis it shuttles seniors to and from their medical appointments, in addition to their leisurely activities: such as shopping, aerobics classes, and luncheons,” the company says. “It provides a quiet and comfortable ride for seniors during special excursions.”

“The city is committed to its residents and environmental conservation and is pleased this bus is able to serve both,” South Pasadena community service director Sheila Pautsch says in a Phoenix Motorcars release.
