Two Public-Access Stations in Germany to Feature
‘Fully Shop Pre-Fabricated & Transportable Design’
Cryonorm Systems has an order for two new public-access liquefied natural gas fueling stations from Liqvis Germany, a subsidiary of Uniper.
The order is for turnkey LNG installations, Cryonorm says, noting its “fully shop pre-fabricated and transportable design.”
Each station will be provided with dual dispensers and will be able to fuel as many as 100 vehicles per day. They “are equipped with the proven Cryonorm saturation on the fly unit and data transfer module based on GSM 3/4G Ethernet in order to access the control system from remote,” states a release.
‘A Milestone for Both Companies’
Cryonorm will engineer, produce and install the stations. “This is a milestone for both companies,” Cryonorm business development director Jos Glorie says in the order announcement.
The company also provides marine LNG equipment (F&F, September 4).
Liqvis, Cryonorm says, is building “demand-driven infrastructure for LNG in commercial transport. The company opened its first LNG fueling station in Germany at Ulm in June 2016.
