MEMA, The 100 Best Fleets, Parker and Honda and OSU/CAR
The Midwest Green Fleets Forum & Expo takes place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center September 23-24.
This two-day conference will attract a national audience of fleet professionals interested in evaluating a variety of green fleet options and implementation steps, including natural gas and hydraulic hybrids, organizers say.
“Learn from fleet peers and make connections to enable you to successfully develop and implement your fleet strategy,” they add.
“Nuts and bolts technical sessions have been augmented with Wednesday plenary panels for “a higher level and forward-thinking perspective,” energy price and supply experts taking part in a Petroleum Price Debate and two vehicle technology experts for Future Technology Forum.
Fleet Leaders and Best Practices
On Thursday, Tom Johnson from The 100 Best Fleets of North America will bring his acclaimed fleet leaders and best practices seminar to Columbus.
The event also includes three outstanding tour opportunities:
- to the Honda of America Manufacturing Assembly Plant and Honda Heritage Center in Marysville, Ohio on Wednesday, September 23;
- to the Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Hybrid Manufacturing Facility in Columbus, likewise on Wednesday, September 23 (morning or afternoon); and
- to the Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research, also in Columbus, on Thursday, September 24 (multiple time slots).
Sponsor support has allowed Midwest Green Fleets Forum & Expo registration fees to be discounted to $249 (and just $199 for fleets).
