A New Propane Fuel System for Popular Dodge Ram Truck
Alliance AutoGas is promoting a propane autogas conversion kit for the Dodge Ram ProMaster truck with 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine.
The U.S. EPA- and NFPA 58-compliant kit can be installed on new or in-service vehicles in half the time of other products, Alliance AutoGas says, and do not require any permanent vehicle modifications.
“We offer our customers the widest assortment of choices of vehicles and options for their fleets,” Ed Hoffman, president of Alliance AutoGas equipment services distributor Blossman Services, said in a release.
‘Positive ROI with a Partial Asset Life’
Fleet operators, Hoffman said, “can experience a positive ROI with a partial asset life when reduced conversion costs are coupled with low, stable fuel prices.
“A large benefit if this system is that the product is supported with a 5-year, 100,000-mile warranty,” Hoffman said. “We feel that strongly about its success for all fleet vehicles…
“This popular vehicle further confirms our dominance in the alternative fuel work truck market.”
No Upfront Cost
Alliance AutoGas says it has converted or participated in supplying autogas for more than 10,000 propane autogas vehicles and buses in North America. The organization offers financing to convert fleet vehicles to propane autogas operation with no upfront cost.
Alliance AutoGas is comprised of more than 120 independent propane marketers and authorized conversion centers.
