ANGF Secures Land for Texas LNG

31 Acres in Midlothian, and Equipment, for Liquefaction Plant

Applied Natural Gas Fuels said today that it’s completed the purchase of 31 acres in the RailPort Business Park in Midlothian, Texas, for a new liquefied natural gas facility slated to come on line in early 2015. In addition, ANGF “has executed purchase orders for all long lead items such as storage tanks, production skids and the electric motor and compressor.”

Dallas-Area Facility Is Expected to Be Operational in Mid-2015

Applied Natural Gas Fuels said today that it will build an LNG production facility in Midlothian, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth) with a production capacity of 86,000 LNG gallons per liquefier, with initial operation in mid-2015.

Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc. has set up an infrastructure and advisory unit offering “comprehensive field services and solutions to the underserved LNG and LCNG market.” Services include liquefied natural gas and liquid-to-compressed natural gas site selection, permitting, engineering design, construction and maintenance.
