ANGF Secures Land for Texas LNG

31 Acres in Midlothian, and Equipment, for Liquefaction Plant

Applied Natural Gas Fuels said today that it’s completed the purchase of 31 acres in the RailPort Business Park in Midlothian, Texas, for a new liquefied natural gas facility slated to come on line in early 2015. In addition, ANGF “has executed purchase orders for all long lead items such as storage tanks, production skids and the electric motor and compressor.”

Second Production Train to Serve Road and HHP Markets

Applied Natural Gas Fuels is building a second 86,000-gallon-per-day natural gas liquefaction line at Topock, Ariz. near Needles, Calif. The increased supply is for both trucks and the fast-emerging high horsepower markets, including drill rig engines.
