Salt Lake City-based Blu, which operates a network of some two dozen liquefied natural gas fueling stations, has introduced a new onboard LNG fuel tank it says can halve the incremental cost of an LNG for customers taking out a Blu fueling contract.

As Provider Opens with Ryder System in Atlanta and Plans for More

Salt Lake City-based Blu has a partnership with Comdata to manage card payments at its liquefied natural gas fueling stations nationwide. The new system, in operation now at all two dozen Blu outlets, allows truckers to pay with “any fleet fueling card or major credit card” when buying Blu LNG.

Ryder Rides Saddle Creek into Texas, Blu in Utah and Georgia

Ryder System’s efforts to provide natural gas-fueled trucks for lease is gaining momentum, as the Florida-based company has disclosed deals for 30 compressed natural gas-fueled trucks for Saddle Creek in Texas (and one in Louisiana), and 55 liquefied natural gas-fueled trucks for Blu in Utah and Georgia.
