Sacramento Gathering to Emphasize Already-Commercial Markets
Already-commercial markets for hydrogen fuel cells will be a key emphasis as the California Hydrogen Business Council hosts its annual California Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Summit September 30-October 1 at the California EPA building in Sacramento.
CHBC wants its member companies and other conference participants to recognize the already important commercial markets for fuel cells and the elemental fuel that powers them, as well as new products and technologies that are nearing commercialization.
Registrations are discounted until this Friday, September 25.
The Summit brings national and international hydrogen and fuel cell energy industry experts and policymakers together to exchange information about both mobile and stationary fuel cells.
Featured topics for this year’s Summit include
- renewable hydrogen;
- regional environmental goals;
- sustainable goods movement and freight;
- stationary, backup, and telecom applications;
- energy storage and power-to-gas; and
- the perceptions of hydrogen.
CHBC expects to attract more than 200 participants from agencies, businesses, universities, and non-profit organizations.
Plug Power president and CEO Andy Marsh is a keynote speaker, as is Sunia Satyapal, director of the U.S. DoE’s Fuel Cell Technologies Office.
