Dave Jones, Inc. & the Fillback Family of Dealerships Join Alliance

Alliance AutoGas is talking up two new members in Wisconsin, as Dave Jones, Inc. and the Fillback Family of Dealerships have signed on, converting vehicles to propane-gasoline bi-fuel operation. The two Madison-area firms are using Prins VSI conversion equipment, and are working with Charter Fuels for propane supply.

Midwest Roofing and Construction in Dodgeville, Wisc., expects to save some $5,000 per year on fuel costs after converting its 2012 Ford F150 to propane autogas. Wisconsin propane retailer Charter Fuels facilitated the vehicle conversion, fuel supply, and safety training as part of the national Alliance AutoGas network.

Alliance AutoGas is continuing to trumpet the money-saving attributes of propane – popularly called autogas – recently talking up the experience of Buncombe County’s Mountain Mobility in North Carolina, and the Marinette Police Department in Wisconsin.

Both use the bi-fuel Prins VSI vapor sequential injection system from Alliance AutoGas co-founding partner American Alternative Fuel.
