Chassis with 6.8-Liter Engine ‘Opens Up an Entire New Category of Clients’

The dedicated-natural gas system for the 6.8-liter engine will serve a variety of business applications, “including the nation’s shuttle bus operators – who have typically adopted the E-450 as a primary workhorse in their shuttle fleets,” the company says.

A Growing Portfolio

“This opens up an entire new category of clients we’re able to serve,” Landi Renzo USA president Andrea Landi said in a Tuesday release.

Other CARB- and EPA-certified products from Landi include the Ford F-250/350 and F-450/550/650 Super Duty trucks, Ford E-series Econoline vans, Ford F-59 and Freightliner stripped chassis, and the Isuzu NPR HD.
