Orgaworld Upgrading Facility to Support Progressive Waste CNG Vehicles

Greenlane Biogas said today that it’s providing a biogas-to-biomethane upgrading system and a carbon dioxide recovery unit to Orgaworld Canada for the organic biofuel facility operated by the City of Surrey, immediately southeast of Vancouver.

Ontario-based Progressive Waste Solutions has officially opened its compressed natural gas fueling facility in Coquitlam, east of Vancouver, which its says supports “the largest fleet of natural gas powered waste and recycling collection vehicles in British Columbia and Canada.”

First of Its Kind in Western Canada

Vedder Transport and the FortisBC utility will open a full-service liquefied natural gas cardlock fueling facility in Abbotsford, B.C. on December 1. It will be the first of its kind in the region, offering diesel as well as LNG.
