U.S. EPA and CARB Certifications for CNG and Propane

Southern California’s Greenkraft has secured both U.S. EPA and California Air Resources Board certifications for 2016 vehicles with compressed natural gas- or propane-powered 6.0-liter engines from GM. Greenkraft offers both Isuzu NPR trucks converted to CNG or propane autogas, and its own vehicles based on imported chassis.

EDI Driveline to Be Fitted in Greenkraft NGV with CEC Support

Otto Environmental Systems North America will deploy its first compressed natural gas truck, an Isuzu vehicle that’s been in trials in its headquarters town of Charlotte, N.C., in Augusta, Ga. Ryder System is expanding its pioneering natural gas truck leasing program with an order for nearly 40 more vehicles: 19 International DuraStar 4300-series trucks with 7.6-liter spark engines by Emissions Solutions, Inc. and 20 China-chassis vehicles from Greenkraft with 6.0-liter GM engines.

Greenkraft is to deliver the 20 trucks in November.
