Certification for 2.5-Liter 2014 and 2015 Bi-Fuel Vehicles

Ohio’s NatGasCar reports U.S. EPA certification of its CNG-gasoline bi-fuel Ford Transit Connect vehicles with the 2.5-liter engine for 2014 and 2015. The company says it’s handing vehicle conversions and parts sales from a new 50,000-square-foot facility at the Cleveland Industrial Innovation Center.

Clean Air Power is spreading the word that it will bring a Peterbilt 389 with a 15-liter Caterpillar engine outfitted for natural gas-diesel dual fuel operation to next week’s Mid-America Trucking Show in Kentucky. The vehicle for the MATS ride-and-drive, from Hunter Truck Sales of Butler, Pa. has a new Axiom brand compressed natural gas fuel cylinder array from Ohio’s NatGasCar.

Chicago Paratransit ‘On the Cusp’ of Ordering Hundreds

Chicago’s SCR Medical Transportation has ordered 11 Chrysler Dodge Grand Caravans from World CNG, and according to SCR general manager Dave Daley is “on the cusp” of ordering as many as 240 more.
