Oklahoma City-based Sparq Natural Gas is moving into Louisiana, starting with an overhaul of an existing compressed natural gas fueling facility in Baton Rouge. The firm also has contracts for CNG at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and at Haughton in the northwest Louisiana, and has identified approximately half a dozen other sites.

Five Companies Get $3.9 Million for Eight Fueling Outlets,

The Colorado Energy Office – CEO – is supporting the companies building eight compressed natural gas fueling facilities in the state to the tune of more than $3.9 million dollars, and is preparing for a second round of bids, with a solicitation due early in 2015.
