The American Power Group has kicked off fiscal 2015 with an expanded sales and marketing plan for its dual fuel systems for converting heavy duty diesel engines to run primarily on natural gas.

Toledo Firm Makes $800,000 Commitment, LNG or CNG Options,
Sales Via Ervin Equipment and DDC Series 60 Engines from Clarke

American Power Group is promoting another outlet for the dual fuel kits it says can slash the cost of heavy-duty natural gas trucks. Toledo, Ohio-based Ervin Equipment will retail finished vehicles, and according to APG has committed $800,000, enough to cover APG kits for 80 vehicles.

Distributor and Master Marketing Pact with Large Network

American Power Group has disclosed a national distributor and master marketing agreement with WheelTime Network. Under the terms of the agreement, WheelTime will endorse APG’s dual fuel technology for converting trucks to a natural gas-diesel mix, “and engage its member companies in establishing a North American network to market and install APG’s vehicular turbocharged natural gas systems,” APG says.
