Compressed Natural Gas, Propane and Hydrogen Dispensers
Winnipeg-based Kraus Global has been acquired by Priveq Capital Funds, of North York, Ont. Priveq says it led a management buy-out, “investing $6.2 million in common equity.”
Kraus claim the North America lead in the design and manufacture of compressed natural gas fueling dispensers and electronic control systems. The firm also promotes dispensing and electronic control systems for propane autogas and hydrogen.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Kraus’ management team in this rapidly growing industry,” Priveq managing partner Brad Ashley says in a Kraus release.
Kraus boasts more than 30 years of experience and more than 6,000 CNG installations worldwide.
