The ACT Expo series is hosted by Fleets & Fuels publisher GNA: Gladstein, Neandross & Associates. ACT Expo 2017 takes place May 1-4 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif.

Wednesday’s ACT Expo webinar on renewable diesel will cover

  • core differences between biodiesel and renewable diesel;
  • fuel availability, cost, and procurement considerations;
  • environmental benefits and limitations;
  • vehicle performance and maintenance impacts; and
  • case studies from fleets already using it.

The scheduled webinar speakers are Evan Speer, who heads OFAM, the Office of Fleet and Asset Management in the California Department of General Services, and Pat O’Keefe, who heads Golden Gate Petroleum. Golden Gate supplies renewable diesel to such big California customers as DGS and the cites of San Francisco and Oakland (F&F, December 11, 2015).
